It’s About Time

Wow. How long has it been since I last posted?! Sheesh! First, I was just enjoying the warm weather and long weekend… THEN I got sick! What?! It’s just a head cold but man, it takes it out of you.

Anyway… the holiday weekend was eventful. I went for a 5 mile hike up and around a winery in the hills and ended with wine tasting, took a 6 mile walk along the ocean in Santa Cruz, Ca, did some yard work, met a friend for some raw food eatin’, relaxed, and got a cold. It was a good weekend, but unfortunately, I did not document any of it with a camera. The boyfriend went camping (in 30 degree weather- no thank you!) and took the camera…. leaving me pictureless.

So, since I don’t have any new pictures of food to post, we’ll do things a little differently today. What did you eat this weekend?!?! What was the “highlight” for your tastebuds??

And I believe this is the perfect time to do a “flashback” Wednesday of Run Lori Run into What Runs Lori. Here are some of my favorite dishes I’ve made in the past year. Some are pretty, some are not. But they all taste great!
