Thank you again everyone for the amazing words and happy thoughts for my dad and family. I wish all of your families total health, too. I know some of you have had to deal with the health of loved ones.

I know I live my life the healthiest I can, while still enjoying it. And these little chocolate health bites are no exception. Health plus taste. Plus, it’s gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, and Paleo Diet approved.

Meet the makers.

Almond Butter.

Avocado Honey.

A dash of this. A dash of that.

Raw chocolate wonderful.

Drizzled with care.

Combined to perfection.

And then stuffed into a date.

Easiest Chocolate Health Bites

[for stuffing, rolling, and eating with a spoon]

  • 3 tbsp almond butter (I used raw, unsalted)
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp instant coffee granules, optional (I use decaf 😉 )
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Simply mix all ingredients into a bowl. Eat, stuff, roll into balls, whatever you’d like. Deliciousness never did taste so wonderful.
