Bear with me on this one.

I made a fun little Christmas time video to share. But…

My camera died half way through and I was too lazy to do the rest of it later.

But! It’s still pretty funny. Just know that it’s made with love, holiday wishes, and a little ingenuity on my part. Along with a crappy movie editor. I do take suggestions on movie editors. Although I don’t have a Mac. Damn.

Today’s video is wishing you a happy holiday time and includes a delicious holiday recipe for Candy Cane Macaroons! These are lovingly adapted from the Pure2Raw twins. They created this recipe a few years ago and I have been making it ever since.

This recipe is raw, vegan, Paleo and has lots of healthy fats. Coconut oil, to be exact. And wouldn’t you know, coconut oil is such a healthy fat that it helps you burn fat! It’s true. But that’s another post.

Watch my video, add comments, love it, like it, and have a happy Christmas Eve and holiday!

Pssst! Pass it on...

Your balls are lovely. ;)

I really do love raw balls. I like to have them for a little sugar energy before morning workouts.
