Five Dinner Guests

Today’s prompt for HAWMC is to pick 5 people you would want to have as dinner guests (alive or not).

To be completely honest, I really don’t know who I’d want as dinner guests but I’d love to have people eating with me whom share the same interests. Better conversations… usually. I love talking with others who are bright and happy and ready to take on a conversation- of any caliber.

So, here’s my list of people I know and who I’d love to chow down with.

Amber! My love, chef and author of Almost Vegan Chef blog and Practically Raw. She is one of my favorite people in the world. She’s smart, beautiful, loves food, has the coolest fiance ever (hi, Matt!!), and I’m just waiting for the date when I can come visit her in her new casa!

Alisa at Go Dairy Free – I just cannot tell you how much I love this lady. Incredibly intelligent, always positive, a business savvy entrepreneur, and I’ve had the privilege of dining with her before! It must happen again.

Michelle and Lori at blog, Pure2Raw – Two amazing chicks on a mission to feed the world with delicious healthy foods. They have been my inspiration from the start of my blog and onward. I love you girls!

Christin of Purple Bird Blog – I’ve met this girl once and I know it has to be done again. She’s tattooed, loud, and SUPER awesome. She makes some mean peanut butter, too. (mmmm! SO good!). As far as a FoodBuzz partner in crime goes, she’s my #1 choice. 😉

Ela at Ulterior Harmony – Sweetest woman ever. Huge heart and definitely a great writer. And I know for a fact she makes some killer raw cheesecake (sadly, I’ve only seen pictures)!

Mom and Dad and Sister – Because I love them and they’re pretty fun. They also LOVE my cooking, so that’s a huge bonus.

Friends of all kinds and from all areas (that I know personally, not just from the blog-world): Anne, Kris, Robin, Sascha, Jeff, Danielle, and many others.

Michael Eisen, founder of Youth Wellness Networks – Happiest, most positive person I know. He’s my happiness mentor.

Ani Phyo – She was one of the first people I got information from when I went raw/vegan/super healthy a few years ago. I learned a lot of great info and tons of wonderful recipes.

Julieanna Hever – I’m loving her book, which I mentioned yesterday. But she has a hilarious YouTube cooking show with amazing, and super easy to make, foods.

I know there has got to be more but… That’s my list.

Not sure what I’d serve at dinner but I do know I’d start the meal with a nice big, sweet and spiced, green juice- and my favorite one!
