Have u tried mct oil? I’m trying that t the moment. Will try slim and sassy for sugar cravings x

The Slim & Sassy is awesome. Throw it in a shake… oh so good! I know some guys who actually use it directly on their abs- they swear it works! I’ve gotta try that. 😉

I have tried MCT oil… I personally prefer coconut oil (especially in coffee!) but that’s more of a texture thing for me.
