Feisty Roasted Red Pepper Paleo Sauce
We all love easy recipes, right?
Recipes that are easy are great but what we’re all really looking for is something so mouth-watering, so punch-you-in-the-mouth-with-all-of-the-flavors, so able to hit every note of umami… AND is easy!
Am I right?
I’m right.
And this Feisty Roasted Red Pepper Paleo Sauce lacks nothing but holds true to all of the above. So, you should make it.
Yes, YOU.
This is my first Savory entry to the So Delicious and Go Dairy Free Snackable Recipe Contest. And I’m loving this contest.. if you haven’t yet checked out some of the entries and recipes, do yourself a favor and browse the incredible looking creations!
Now, back to the sauce!
The So Delicious Coconut Milk in this just makes this recipe. Silky smooth with the perfect touch of coconut gives this dish it’s delightful complexity. And for the feistiness, I’ve added Siracha Sauce to kick it up a notch. Feel free to add in red pepper flakes or cayenne, instead, but the Siracha has such a unique flavor that pairs great with the flavor profiles.
All of that said though, the So Delicious Cashew Milk would be AMAZING in this. I will definitely be trying the Cashew version out next time I whip this one up.
Use this sauce as a topping for literally anything. I have used this on salads piled high with veggies, herbs and chicken – simply wonderful! A great sauce for baked tofu, as a dip for veggies, slathering onto any protein, eating straight out of the jar with a spoon.
I hope you are feeling feisty enough to try this easy and dreamy recipe. And if you do, let me know what you think!
